Registration

At L’Isles aux Enfants child care center, priority is given to children of Philip Morris employees. Please find below the registration procedure.

Opening hours & fees

The child care center is open from Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 7pm.

A minimal attendance of two half days per week (20%) is required. The attendance options available are:

  • Morning (6:30am – 1pm with meal)
  • Afternoon (1pm – 7pm without meal)
  • Full day (6:30am – 7pm with meal)

Families living in the canton benefit from a subsidy which is calculated on the basis of their income. The maximum rate is of CHF 85.-/day.

Families living outside the canton do not benefit from any subsidy; the rate is of CHF 115.-/day.

Registration procedure

    Fill out the form online.

  • 2

    Within 5 working days:

    • If a place is available, we get in touch with you.
    • If no place is available, we suggest you to register on the waiting list. We will keep you informed of the progress of your request.
  • 3

    One month and a half before child care entry, we contact you in order to schedule a visit, an educational meeting and to set up the administrative file.

  • 4

    During the educational meeting, the Reference Educator and the Team Leader discuss your child’s habits with you and explain how the child care works.

  • 5

    On the first day of integration, your child is welcomed by the Reference Educator.

    Fill out the form available on the Neuchâtel canton website

    You will be registered on the waiting list.

    - If no place is available, your registration will have to be renewed every 3 months through the cantonal service in charge of the list:

    Any change in the registration, such as attendance days and home address modification must be notified to the cantonal service.
